Not always. Many homeowners want to keep the low mortgage they already have. That's exactly why we look at second-position options first.

Do you work with real estate investors?

Yes. I work with investors who need financing for rental or investment properties.

Yes. DSCR loans may let an investor qualify based more on the rental property's income than personal income.
